จบงานปาร์ตี้ก็อย่าลืมมาชมงานนิทรรศการดี ๆ จาก ANMOM's Warehouse กัน นางสวยและเก่งมาก หลายคนคงได้ดูงานของนางบ้างแล้วในงานปาร์ตี้ Britney เสาร์ที่ผ่านมา งานเปิดมีพฤหัสบดีนี้ ปาร์ตี้เล็ก ๆสวย ๆ ดูงานศิลปะ
Anmom เป็นศิลปินที่เราชื่นชมในผลงานตั้งแต่เห็นผลงานในครั้งแรก เขามักจะวาดรูปผู้ชายด้วนลายเส้นนุ่ม ๆ และแฝงด้วย message ที่ต้องการนำเสนอตั้งแต่ปัญหาสังคมยันเรื่องเพศ เลยชักชวนว่าอยากให้มาทำนิทรรศการกับ Trasher เพราะถึงแม้ว่าเราจะมาสายปาร์ตี้ แต่ก็ยังมีจิตใจฝักไฝ่ศิลปะ เราเลยตั้งโจทย์ให้ Anmom นำศิลปะมาผสมผสานกับความเป็น POP ของปาร์ตี้ ใช้เวลาไม่นานเขาก็บอกว่า เขาอยากสร้างงานศิลปะจากโจทย์ของเพลง Britney Spears ซึ่งน่าจะเหมาะกับ Trasher ที่สุดแล้ว เพราะเธอคือสัญลักษณ์ของเด็กรุ่นปลาย 90’s เราเติบโตมากับเธอ ทั้งเพลง มิวสิกวิดีโอ และ ชีวิตที่ล้มลุกคลุกคลานตั้งแต่อายุ 17 โด่งดังคับโลก โกนหัว มีสามี มีลูก เธอคือ Icon ของ generation Anmom พบเสน่ห์ในเพลงของ Britney ที่เขาฟังมาตั้งแต่เป็นเทปคาสเซ็ท เขาเลยคิดตีความบทเพลงที่เขาเคยเต้นอยู่คนเดียวในห้องนอนให้กลายมาเป็นงานศิลปะใน concept “ Boys “ หนึ่งในเพลงโปรดของเขาจาก Britney ภาพลายเส้นรูปผู้ชายในแบบต่าง ๆ ที่เขาได้ลองเทคนิคทั้งที่ถนัดและไม่ถนัดออกมาเป็นภาพวาดมือที่สามารถแสดงอารมณ์ความรู้สึกผ่านเนื้อร้องของ Princess Of Pop ตั้งแต่ยุคร้องเพลงลิ้นคับปากใน Baby One More Time …
เนื้อร้องบางท่อน อาจจะไม่ได้ลึกซึ้งแบบเพลงของ Radiohead ที่จะกลายมาเป็นภาพศิลปะที่สวยงามได้ แต่ศิลปินที่มีมุมมองก็จะสามารถเอาสิ่งที่คนคิดว่าเป็น Trash มาทำให้มีค่าได้
Trasher Bangkok have been admirers of Anmom since the first time we saw his artwork. His drawings and portraits of young men carry messages about sexuality in contemporary society. We asked him to plan a special exhibition with Trasher, because although we're known for our parties, we still have an interest in art and society. We gave him an artistic prompt to bring Trasher's style and his work together: to create an exhibition combining pop culture and fine art. He quickly replied proposing a series of pictures inspired by the life and work of Britney Spears. It seemed perfect for Trasher that the pop symbol of the 90's generation could become a source of art. We grew up with her music videos and were with her through her start as a teenage pop star, her marriage, her children, and her "head shaving" moment. She's the icon of Anmom's generation. For this exhibition, he went back through her years of music, and pulled out the theme "boys", interpreting her lyrics in the drawings presented here. The pictures are a tribute to Britney's work, to her life, to the boys in her life, and, maybe, to the boys in our lives.
